dr Michał Przychodzki

PhD in Law, attorney-at-law entered on the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

He specialises in civil law, administrative law and environmental law. At the law firm, he provides legal services to businesses operating in the automotive industry.

He is the author of over a dozen publications on Polish and comparative constitutional law. In 2025, he defended his doctoral dissertation at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, entitled “The Institution of Constitutional Responsibility in Poland as a Guarantee of Respect for the Principle of Separation and Balance of Powers: A Critical Analysis”. He is also a lecturer at the Jacob of Paradies University in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

He gained professional experience working for several years at a law firm specialising in litigation concerning foreign-currency loans.
